COMMENTS

I was asked by the Bob and Paul Derecktor to relocate to Rhode Island and help Tom Derecktor establish a yacht building presences at the Coddington Cove shipyard. A John Staluppi adventure Dillenger was a carbon fiber composite, MTU/Kamwea waterjet project designed by Frank Mulder. The interior design by Artline was modern and innovative - incorporating among otherthings the ring frame bulkheads into the decor.

I met and worked with wonderful engineer during this time. Steve Winkler was Tommy's composites professor at Rensselaer. Tommy talked him into moving to Rhode Island to help get the composite shop up and running. I keep hoping a project will come up that allows us to work together again.
